Job Duties
- Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of all buildings
- Trash removal and operation of trash compactor and or dumpster
- Assisting in the preparation of vacant units for rent ready status
- Care for property owned maintenance equipment
- Treat residents with respect, efficiency and courtesy
