Job Requirements
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must have the physical strength to lift cleaning materials
- Interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with building occupants
- Availability to work Monday and Thursday nights plus Saturday afternoons
- Commitment to work 15-20 hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in porter or maintenance work is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Detail-oriented approach to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to follow schedules and procedures
- Capable of interacting professionally with building occupants
Job Duties
- Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in building common spaces
- Ensure a pleasant environment for residents and guests
- Follow the sanitation garbage schedule including night shifts and Saturday afternoons
- Assist with minor building maintenance and support tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents and management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
