Job Requirements
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must have the physical strength to lift cleaning materials
- Interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with building occupants
- Availability for Monday and Thursday nights and Saturday afternoons
- Ability to follow sanitation and garbage schedules
- Dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in porter or maintenance work preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Demonstrated reliability in completing tasks
- Interpersonal skills for resident interaction
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in building areas
- Ensure a pleasant environment for residents and guests
- Follow the sanitation garbage schedule
- Work night shifts and Saturday afternoons as required
- Communicate effectively with residents and management
- Report maintenance issues promptly
