Job Requirements
- Experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties specifically in a spa setting preferred
- knowledge and experience with floor care machines such as buffers and extractors preferred
- ability to perform physical exertion including frequent walking climbing stairs stooping bending stretching reaching pushing kneeling squatting crouching and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds periodically
- willingness to work any day of the week with occasional additional hours
- successful completion of hazardous material and bloodborne pathogens training within 3-6 months
- punctual and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience performing positively and achieving objective-based results, demonstrated experience in problem-solving organizing and prioritizing work, experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties preferably in a spa setting, knowledge and experience with floor care machines such as buffers and extractors preferred, successful completion of hazardous material and bloodborne pathogens training within 3-6 months
Job Duties
- Removes all trash on a continuous basis through the casino and spa, operates and maintains various cleaning equipment, cleans and maintains the outside appearance of the casinos including snow and ice removal, monitors parking lots for trash removal and emptying smoking receptacles, vacuums sweeps and mops floors, cleans sanitizes and maintains guest and employee restrooms, cleans and sanitizes spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas, maintains a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety procedures, maintains good public relations with guests and employees
