Job Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Friday mornings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping roles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Keep interior stairways clean
- Assist with cleaning interior carpeted hallways
- Perform groundskeeping tasks
- Clean and maintain outdoor spaces including dog parks and leisure areas
- Operate equipment such as backpack blowers and power washers
- Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed
- Participate in light painting and housekeeping tasks
