Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of pool upkeep
- Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management

- Basic knowledge of pool upkeep
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Experience in maintenance or property care (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Job Duties
- Participate in the daily operations of the property
- Cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, parking lots/structures, and common community areas
- Trash removal in common areas
- Daily cleaning of the garden buildings, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of high touch surface areas
- Participate in preventative maintenance such as light bulb changing and detailed cleaning of light fixtures throughout the community
- Adhering to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws
- Hands on repair and upkeep
- Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
