Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to sit for long periods
- ability to use hands and fingers
- ability to speak, see, and hear
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to walk and climb stairs
- ability to think, concentrate, and communicate
- ability to operate ground-keeping equipment
- constant need to be on feet for 66 to 100 percent of the time
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel
- perform routine maintenance, pick up debris, rake

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean grounds
- service pool
- paint
- assist with various physical tasks such as carrying furniture, moving paint buckets, picking up trash and disposing of litter
- assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter using rakes, brooms, shovels as needed
- power wash
- transfer trash and other items left outside the dumpster into the dumpster
- clean and maintain storage areas
- caulk tubs
- blow leaves
- handle tools and equipment
- perform routine maintenance and repairs such as changing light bulbs and painting
- assist with property turn
