Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • physical ability to sit for long periods
  • ability to use hands and fingers
  • ability to speak, see, and hear
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • ability to walk and climb stairs

  • constant need to be on feet for 66 to 100 percent of the time

Job Duties

  • Clean grounds
  • service pool
  • paint
  • assist with various physical tasks such as carrying furniture, moving paint buckets, picking up trash and disposing of litter
  • assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter using rakes, brooms, shovels as needed
  • power wash
  • transfer trash and other items left outside the dumpster into the dumpster
  • clean and maintain storage areas
  • caulk tubs
  • blow leaves
  • handle tools and equipment
  • perform routine maintenance and repairs such as changing light bulbs and painting
  • assist with property turn
