- Valid driver’s license
- DOT physical required but paid for by company expense
- DOT medical card
- high school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent related work experience
- experience working outdoors
- ability to follow directions and read maps
- must maintain valid driver’s license/good driving record
- must pass and maintain drug-free status
- ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally
- moderate lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping
- ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs, and bending as required

Job Duties
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route
- complete assigned jobs in the time allotted
- perform litter pick-up along highways
- perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks
- change trash bags
- walk around the property to check for issues
- assist team lead with required labor duties
