Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience
- valid driver's license enrolled in New York State LENS program
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- comfortable using computers and tablet-based work order programs
- basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- willingness to work onsite in New York, NY
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- readiness to work overtime during emergencies
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- good time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean building and property
- perform upkeep and janitorial duties to ensure the community is always in great condition
- perform snow removal during the winter season
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- assist the team by covering the Concierge lunch break including managing deliveries and maintenance equipment
- support site and operations as assigned by manager
- be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and representing cultural responsibilities
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
