Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in property management
- ability to communicate in English
- must pass criminal background check
- must pass pre-employment drug screening
- flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
- ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance
- must be able to provide own tools

- clear understanding of business concepts, processes, and principles of strategic thinking
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Keep community grounds clean to company standards
- pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
- blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
- water the landscaping and greenery
- assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
- promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
- must provide own tools where applicable
- communicate effectively in English to maintain safety
- perform minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
