- valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- proficient oral and written communication skills
- ability to understand formulas for mixing cleaning solutions
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- knowledge of hand and power tools and safety policies
- able to lift up to 65 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean the shop daily
- clean outside grounds daily
- pick up parts from outside suppliers as needed
- operate cleaning equipment and hand or power tools safely
- mix cleaning solutions and other chemicals correctly
- assist with other duties as assigned
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
