Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to read, speak, and write English
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- minimum 1 year guest service experience
- physical ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety protocols
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- at least 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- ability to interact effectively with co-workers
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- commitment to following safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies as needed per venue
- wash all china, glassware, and silverware
- clean all kitchen equipment, pots and pans
- store all equipment in proper locations
- sweep and mop all kitchen floors
- perform and assist with routine inventory daily
- transport food and equipment timely
- assist with emptying pallets and stocking storerooms and side stations
- assist members in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- understand the importance of prompt and efficient service
- assist in function setup or breakdown as needed
