Job Requirements
- Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift excluding breaks
- Some locations require walking up and down stairs
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleaning
- Self-motivated and prideful in cleanliness and maintenance

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a custodian or porter in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards

Job Duties
- Lead with curiosity and compassion by showing care for co-workers and build meaningful connections
- Display a strong sense of teamwork by working collaboratively with team members to ensure store cleanliness
- Facilitate open, clear, and timely communication with team members and management
- Maintain cleanliness in all store areas, including customer spaces, restrooms, and workspaces throughout shifts
- Sweep floors, mop, dust, and ensure all surfaces, floors, and equipment are clean and sanitized
- Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leaders and management
- Wash, sanitize, restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and other supplies
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain anti-fatigue floor mats
- Empty trash in bathrooms, workstations, and customer areas regularly
- Assist in restocking and organizing inventory
- Help receive and store deliveries properly
- Support daily operations including light food preparation and packaging as needed
