Job Requirements

  • Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
  • Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
  • Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift excluding breaks
  • Some locations require walking up and down stairs
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleaning
  • Self-motivated and prideful in cleanliness and maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a custodian or porter in food and beverage or retail preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
  • Self-motivated with pride in cleanliness and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, adaptability, and patience

Job Duties

  • Lead with curiosity and compassion by showing care for co-workers and build meaningful connections
  • Display a strong sense of teamwork by working collaboratively with team members to ensure store cleanliness
  • Facilitate open, clear, and timely communication with team members and management
  • Maintain cleanliness in all store areas, including customer spaces, restrooms, and workspaces throughout shifts
  • Sweep floors, mop, dust, and ensure all surfaces, floors, and equipment are clean and sanitized
  • Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leaders and management
  • Wash, sanitize, restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and other supplies
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain anti-fatigue floor mats
  • Empty trash in bathrooms, workstations, and customer areas regularly
  • Assist in restocking and organizing inventory
  • Help receive and store deliveries properly
  • Support daily operations including light food preparation and packaging as needed
