Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to professionally interact with residents, coworkers, and housekeeping team members
- Organization and time-management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping in all common areas including lobby, library, harbor lounge card room, restrooms, swimming pool and exercise room, arts and crafts room, anchor room, administrative offices, bank, beauty shop, elevators, employee lounge area, storage rooms, compactor rooms, hallways and sidewalks outside each entranceway
- Vacuum and sweep floors, dust furniture, walls, and woodwork in common areas
- Extract carpets and clean carpets when necessary
- Inspect building on daily rounds and report unusual findings to supervisor
- Accomplish work in the order of priority established by Housekeeping Supervisor
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor
