Job Duties
- ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc
- assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
