Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and outdoor work

- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance tools and equipment
Job Duties
- Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes including trash removal, painting, and cleaning
- Conduct routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping tasks
- Perform landscaping, exterior painting, and repair duties as directed
- Assist with irrigation and pool upkeep tasks
- Report maintenance issues to the Service Manager promptly
- Engage with residents respectfully while maintaining the community appearance
