Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated responsible reliable and detail-oriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
- Must pass a comprehensive background check including verification of educational credentials employment history criminal records and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in facility maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance equipment
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash installing or moving signage
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with training new employees as needed
