Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- some related experience
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- proactive and dependable work ethic

Job Duties
- Cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy
- cleans property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule
- maintains overall upkeep of property landscape and exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas and exterior hallways
- provides world class customer service by addressing resident concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- reports maintenance problems to supervisor
- assists with inventory control
- performs duties following safety guidelines and reports obstacles
- performs other assigned duties
