Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- some related experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, or step stools
- ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, frequently, or constantly
- able to operate office machinery
- ability to work in varying weather conditions outdoors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience with cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time
- ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Cleans property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule
- cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
- maintains overall upkeep of property landscape and exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
- provides world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs professionally
- reports maintenance problems to supervisors
- assists with inventory control
- performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles
- performs other duties as assigned
