Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
- some related experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and frequently
- ability to work in varying weather conditions
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- good communication skills
- ability to travel between properties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time
- customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively with maintenance staff
- familiarity with safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for marketing and occupancy
- cleans business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule
- maintains overall upkeep of property landscape and exterior including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas and exterior hallways
- provides world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs professionally
- reports any maintenance problems to supervisor
- assists with inventory control
- follows safety guidelines and reports obstacles to safe execution of duties
