Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- some related experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and step stools
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- able to work in varying outdoor weather conditions
- able to operate standard office equipment
- able to adhere to company safety policies
- able to communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- some related experience preferred
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- able to follow directions and complete tasks on time
- experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
- ability to provide courteous and professional customer service
- able to adhere to safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy
- cleans property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule
- maintains overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, and other public spaces
- provides world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs professionally
- reports maintenance problems to supervisor
- assists with inventory control
- performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles
- performs other duties as assigned
