Job Requirements

- Some related experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
- Some related experience in building cleaning or maintenance
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time
- Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule
- Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
- Maintain overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
- Provide world class customer service by addressing residents' concerns and maintenance needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
- Assist with inventory control
- Perform job duties following safety guidelines and report obstacles
- Perform other duties as assigned
