Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Some related experience
Ability to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods
Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, or step stools
Ability to travel outside between buildings in varying weather conditions
Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, frequently, or constantly
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Able to work in a professional office environment
Commitment to safety
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
Some related experience
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
Ability to follow directions and handle projects
Ability to complete tasks on time
Ability to follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures

Job Duties

Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule
Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
Maintain the overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
Provide world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs in a friendly and professional manner
Report maintenance problems to the supervisor
Assist with inventory control
Perform job duties following safety guidelines and report obstacles
Perform other duties as assigned
