- some related experience
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- able to follow directions and handle projects

Job Duties
- Cleans vacant units in preparation for showing and occupancy
- cleans business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule
- maintains property landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas and exterior hallways
- provides world class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs
- reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor
- assists with inventory control
- performs job duties following safety guidelines
- performs other duties as assigned
