Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 4 hours per week on Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to handle physical tasks including moving heavy equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to complete assigned training and attend staff meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Ability to provide courteous and professional customer service
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and groundskeeping
- Understanding of OSHA standards and Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to operate and move heavy equipment safely
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours
Job Duties
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader's standard of professionalism
- Deliver notices to residents as directed
- Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property
- Maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned
- Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy as needed
- Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances when required
- Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company
- Operate within OSHA standards and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
- Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required
