Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work 4 hours per week on Saturday and Sunday
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including moving heavy equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to complete assigned training and attend staff meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance and groundskeeping
  • Understanding of OSHA standards and Fair Housing regulations
  • Ability to operate and move heavy equipment safely
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible weekend hours

Job Duties

  • Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times
  • Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader's standard of professionalism
  • Deliver notices to residents as directed
  • Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property
  • Maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned
  • Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy as needed
  • Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances when required
  • Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company
  • Operate within OSHA standards and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
  • Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required
