Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication skills

  • Prior experience as a porter, dishwasher, or steward in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure
  • Positive, respectful attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and dishes with efficiency and care
  • Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are impeccably clean and organized at all times
  • Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste promptly and in accordance with health and sanitation standards
  • Maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment according to restaurant and health department standards
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep and stocking as needed
  • Handle deliveries, storage, and inventory organization in a safe, methodical manner
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs and FOH team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation even behind the scenes
