Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a porter, dishwasher, or steward in a professional kitchen preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure
- Positive, respectful attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
- Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and dishes with efficiency and care
- Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are impeccably clean and organized at all times
- Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste promptly and in accordance with health and sanitation standards
- Maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment according to restaurant and health department standards
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and stocking as needed
- Handle deliveries, storage, and inventory organization in a safe, methodical manner
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs and FOH team to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
- Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation even behind the scenes
