Job Requirements

  • prior experience as a porter, dishwasher, or steward in a professional kitchen preferred
  • ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure
  • positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for entire length of the shift
  • ability to frequently reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • capability to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and dishes with efficiency and care
  • ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are impeccably clean and organized at all times
  • remove trash, recyclables, and food waste promptly and in accordance with health and sanitation standards
  • maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment according to restaurant and health department standards
  • assist with basic kitchen prep and stocking as needed
  • handle deliveries, storage, and inventory organization in a safe, methodical manner
  • communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs and FOH team to ensure smooth service flow
  • uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation even behind the scenes
