Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • strong sanitation habits
  • strong customer service abilities
  • ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management
  • ability to stand for entire work day
  • ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.
  • ability to work in temperature extreme environments
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • ability to move frequently around the work site

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a polite, positive manner
  • anticipate customers' needs and respond promptly
  • deliver food and beverage catered events
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned area or catered event
  • set up tables and chairs in conference rooms per meeting request, monitor, refresh, and break down catered event according to group requirements and management direction, reset rooms when needed
  • maintain storerooms by organizing shelves, restock items for next service, properly store all reusable items
  • alert management of any equipment issues
  • maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager
