Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Pass drug screening
  • Related experience or training for one to three months or equivalent
  • Basic general cleaning knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to understand time systems and rates
  • Adherence to confidentiality and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic general cleaning
  • Ability to read and write Standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
  • Effective presentation skills to guests, clients and coworkers
  • Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
  • Understanding of applicable rates
  • Adherence to confidentiality standards

Job Duties

  • Clean guest entrances and elevator landings each shift, empty ash urns and trash receptacles, sweep litter and cigarette butts
  • Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills, wipe signage and pay on foot stations with appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Maintain general garage cleanliness with broom, dustpan, and mobile garbage can, remove debris around vehicles, clean pillars and columns with paint-safe solutions
  • Wipe signage and way-finding materials at vehicular entrances and exits, clean gates, gate arms, card readers, and attached signage
  • Empty guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to management, power wash entrance and exit areas as needed
  • Assist guests with directions and inquiries, provide information about local area and attractions
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
