Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in property management
- Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties
- Ability to speak, listen, read and write English proficiently
- Must provide own tools
- Flexible to work varied schedule including weekends and some holidays
- Must clear background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Keep community grounds clean to company standards
- Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
- Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
- Water the landscaping and greenery
- Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
- Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
- Must provide own tools where applicable
- Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficient proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times
- Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
