Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to work daytime shifts starting at 7 AM
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving stock
  • Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant
  • Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
  • Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
  • Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
