Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with make-ready processes including trash removal, painting, and cleaning apartment homes
- Participate in routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping and landscaping maintenance tasks
- Perform exterior painting and repair work as directed
- Carry out irrigation duties and pool upkeep tasks as assigned
- Support the Service Manager with community maintenance projects
