Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Long Beach, CA location
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required
- A strong work ethic and a great eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris
- Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- Ensure all common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property
