Job Requirements
- Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- Ability to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift excluding a half hour break
- Some locations require walking up and down stairs
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, restrooms, and workspaces throughout the shift
- Sweep floors and sidewalks, mop, and dust areas as needed
- Communicate maintenance issues to leadership
- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
- Empty trash in bathrooms, workstations, and customer-facing areas throughout the day
- Assist in restocking and organizing inventory
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries with proper storage of goods
- Support team in daily operations including light food preparation and packaging
