Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial housekeeping or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and great eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris cleaning walkways and ensuring dumpster areas are tidy
- Ensure all common areas including lobbies hallways laundry rooms and pool areas are clean well-maintained and presentable
- Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs painting touch-ups changing locks and helping prepare vacant units for new residents
- Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly helpful presence on the property
- Uphold a safe environment by reporting any hazards or maintenance issues promptly to management
