Job Requirements
- previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift excluding break
- some locations require walking up and down stairs
- reliable, responsible, and punctual
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness in all store areas including customer spaces and workstations
- sweep floors and sidewalks, mop, and dust areas as needed
- communicate maintenance issues to leadership
- wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, trays, and baking tools
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure sanitation
- assist with setting up and breaking down bakery displays and equipment
- empty trash in bathrooms and customer-facing areas
- assist with restocking inventory and organizing deliveries
- support light food preparation and packaging as needed
