Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- one to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- ability to read and write Standard English
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage
- empty all ash urns daily and trash receptacles when full or higher
- sweep all litter and cigarette butts in common landing areas
- use mops or power washers to eliminate stains from liquid spills in common areas
- wipe signage and wayfinding material including pay on foot stations with cleaning solutions
- maintain cleaning of garage areas around and between vehicles including debris removal
- use paint safe solutions or power washers to eliminate stains from pillars and columns
- wipe all signage and wayfinding material at vehicular entrances and exits
- clean gates, gate arms, card reading equipment, and attached signage
- empty returned guest key receptacles at garage exits and return to manager
- power wash garage entrances and exits as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries
- provide information about surrounding areas and attractions
- protect guest confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements
- maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
