Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related experience or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to read and write Standard English language
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to guests, clients and employees
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Understanding of rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Perform cleanliness checks of guest entrances and elevator landings in the garage including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- Use mop or power washer to remove stains from common areas and wipe signage and way-finding materials
- Maintain general cleaning in the garage including debris removal around vehicles and stain elimination from pillars and columns
- Wipe signage and equipment at vehicular entrances and exits including gates and card reading devices
- Empty returned guest key receptacles and return them to the Manager on Duty
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries providing information about surrounding areas
- Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer information
