Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to talk and hear regularly
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to run, walk, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold weather
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or training without a Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage
- Use a mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills and wipe all signage and wayfinding materials
- Maintain general cleaning of garage including debris removal and stain elimination from pillars and columns
- Wipe signage and wayfinding materials at garage entrances and exits and clean all equipment including gates and card readers
- Empty all returned guest key receptacles and power wash garage entrance and exit areas as needed
- Assist guests with directions and other inquiries providing information about surrounding areas and attractions
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and maintain the security of customer information
