Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to communicate in English both in written and oral form
- ability to work with industrial strength chemicals
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time
- ability to push/pull up to 400 lbs at a time
- ability to handle heavy machinery such as pallet jacks, tuggers, forklifts
- use personal protection equipment
- ability to obtain and maintain required licensing or active work cards
- previous experience in kitchen stewarding or physically demanding profession preferred
- previous experience as a stove cleaner preferred

- ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time, push/pull up to 400 lbs at a time, and handle heavy machinery such as pallet jacks, tuggers, forklifts
- use of personal protection equipment
- ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required
- candidates must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- cleaning all cooking devices such as stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, burner tops, steamer ovens, kettle-braisers, hood panels, deep fryers, dishwasher machines, stainless steel counters, drains, etc.
- washing, cleaning, and polishing kitchen equipment to ensure readiness for use
- sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and assorted items, including washing pots and pans
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment according to health department standards
- performing bio-hazard cleanup
- being prompt, present, and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- adhering to all company and departmental standards
- performing all duties associated with porter and kitchen worker positions
