Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean building and grounds
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials
- assist with snow removal as needed
- assist with painting as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
- be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and being generally helpful while representing cultural responsibilities
- additional duties assigned by supervisor
