Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean building and grounds
  • provide excellent customer service to residents, representing the company and its core values
  • receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials
  • assist with snow removal as needed
  • assist with painting as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and being generally helpful while representing cultural responsibilities
  • additional duties may be assigned by supervisor
