Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
- Support routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping tasks
- Assist with landscaping, exterior painting, repairs, and irrigation tasks
- Help with pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
- Participate in training sessions as required
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned
