Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be customer centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow through
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritize tasks, motivate and lead team members
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with ability to maintain filing and office areas
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation (applicable to New Orleans)
  • Knowledgeable about local city and transportation options
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with basic technology and computer applications including Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines or interruptions
  • Maintain an organized filing system and office areas
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required (only applicable to New Orleans)
  • Knowledge of the city and local transportation options including public and private transportation
  • Must be fluent in the English language
  • Basic knowledge of technology, including smartphones and computers
  • Computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Ensure our property looks exceptional at all times
  • Follow safety programs and policies to maintain team and resident safety
  • Communicate with maintenance team and residents about concerns, property events, and notices
  • Assist with operational needs and resident services to ensure efficient property management
  • Complete unit-turns for vacated apartments to prepare homes for new residents
  • Help set up and take down resident events and assist other tasks as needed
  • Proactively solve problems and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities
