Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a janitor or porter
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage in face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, sit, bend, or kneel as required

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Restock bathroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Clean doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces
- Respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests
- Assist in moving furniture, setting up spaces for meetings, or supporting special events
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
