Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance

Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- ensure all waste and trash are properly disposed of
- assist staff with cleaning duties during busy periods
- monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs
- adhere to all safety and health regulations
- support the team in delivering excellent customer service
