- pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly professional attitude
- answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- determine if customers have an appointment and record relevant information including mileage and existing vehicle damage
- control service traffic flow, parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
- park vehicles safely after they have been written up
- drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
- retrieve customer vehicles for pick-up and thank customers for their business
- install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in vehicles taken in for service
- deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle
- maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of trash and debris
- drive vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed
- make key tags for vehicles
- maintain a professional appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
- follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents immediately
