Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of comparable custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing
- Flexible hours required as they are set based on schedule of Club events
- Capable of following instructions and diagrams
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks with proper time management

- One year of comparable custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of how to maintain, clean and preserve a wide variety of buildings and furniture, fixtures, and equipment surfaces
- Ability to prioritize tasks with proper time management
- Capable of following instructions and diagrams
- Detail oriented and organized
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies and use as directed
Job Duties
- Responsible for banquet and Club event set up including setting up tables, chairs, tents, and event supplies
- Responsible for banquet and Club event break-down and proper storage
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Banquet Manager regarding event details and set-up
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors throughout the club including dining areas
- Sweep patio area and dust patio furniture
- Buff floors and wash windows as necessary
- Report any damage, burned-out light bulbs and plumbing problems to the Maintenance or Housekeeping departments
- Take trash and recycling materials to appropriate dumpster
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
- Maintain outside of clubhouse building including cleaning walkways, patios, and entrances
- Assist Housekeeping staff with daily tasks
- Conduct deep-cleaning projects
- Assist with tables, chairs and other furniture needed for special events
- Vacuum elevators, clean stairwells and landings, dust ceiling light fixtures, do spot cleaning as necessary, check drapes for needed repairs and missing hooks
- Attend departmental staff meetings and safety meetings
- Complete other appropriate assignments made by the House Manager
