Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to read, speak and write english
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • punctual and dependable
  • must maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
  • mobility to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting and carrying
  • ability to lift 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • good communication skills
  • able to follow directions and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions

  • must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
  • ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • washes all china, glass, and silverware
  • cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event
  • stores all equipment in proper locations
  • sweeps and mops all floors in the kitchen and office areas
  • maintains a clean and safe working environment
  • practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
  • transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
  • monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
  • ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
  • performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
  • ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
  • assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations
  • assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the chef
  • performs other duties as assigned by management
