Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, speak and write english
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- punctual and dependable
- must maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- mobility to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting and carrying
- ability to lift 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- good communication skills
- able to follow directions and work under pressure
Job Qualifications

- ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- must be punctual and dependable
- must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- washes all china, glass, and silverware
- cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event
- stores all equipment in proper locations
- sweeps and mops all floors in the kitchen and office areas
- maintains a clean and safe working environment
- practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
- transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
- monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
- ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
- ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
- assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations
- assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the chef
- performs other duties as assigned by management
